Bookings & Services
Our bookings are scheduled in 15-minute increments, giving us the flexibility to tailor each appointment to your needs. While we always aim to stay on time, some services may need to be shortened or extended depending on factors such as hair length, style, treatment type, or unforeseen circumstances.
On occasion, we may also need to adjust or reschedule your appointment. If this happens, we’ll contact you promptly and work with you to find an alternative time that suits your schedule. Above all, our clients are at the heart of everything we do and we’ll always act in your best interest and do what we believe is right to deliver the best possible result and experience.
Cancelations & Penalties
We kindly ask that all cancellations are made with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, allowing us to manage our schedule and offer appointments to other clients. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in your account being flagged, and in some cases, we may be unable to welcome you back.
For hair extension services, cancellations within the 48-hour window will incur a $400 fee to cover the time reserved for your appointment. Failure to settle this fee will result in refusal of future bookings.
These policies are in place to respect our team’s time and ensure fairness for all clients. Of course, we understand that genuine emergencies can arise, and we will always take these circumstances into consideration. Outside of these situations, however, the above policy applies in all general cases.
Studio Culture & Customer Etiquette
At our salon, we’ve created a space designed for you to switch off, unwind, and step away from the noise of everyday life. From the moment you walk through our doors, your safety, comfort, and confidence in our team are our highest priorities, for both clients and staff.
To protect this environment, we uphold a zero-tolerance policy toward rude, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour. Anyone displaying this will be asked to leave and may not be welcomed back. We kindly ask all guests to arrive un-intoxicated, respectful, and well presented, so we can maintain the calm, elevated experience everyone deserves.
